Many of our investigations originate from collisions that have resulted in a death or 

catastrophic personal injury. We offer a professional yet sympathetic approach, whether

Experts will be expected to work to a Court timetable and therefore we provide fee 

estimates in advance of any work. Our fees are calculated at an hourly rate. When 

requesting an estimate the enquirer should provide, if known, the scope and timescale of 

the proposed work; for example whether scene visits and/or vehicle examinations will be 

required and the location and dates for Court (if known). The enquirer should provide us 

with any available case papers, so that the technicalities of any issues or questions can 

be assessed at the time of estimating relevant fees. Any fees must be agreed in writing
