Severe challenge with two metre rule
We are at the two-metre point now. That’s what the best available guidance supports.
The good news is that our experts Littler Winstanley Consultants have been able to adapt our working practices to follow all Government advice. We are still able to conduct our examinations (where permitted by law) hold conferences via Zoom or telephone and attend Court, either via video link or in person, for those Courts set out with social distancing in mind.
We continue to take instructions for current and new cases.
